trans people aren’t allowed to do anything. if you dont follow a strict binary and gender roles, you arent trans enough. if you use the “wrong” pronouns, youre a joke. if you express yourself and your gender any way that makes you not seen as cis, youre making trans people look bad. if you make a trans oc or hc a character as trans, youre pandering. if you focus too much on a character being trans, youre unrealistic. if youre proud of being trans, youre a fake. if you hate being trans, they use it as evidence to why being cis is “normal” or “better”. the worst thing is that it isnt just cis people who enforce unfair roles on trans people, it’s other trans people too! stop trying to prove trans people are “fake”. stop using gender roles as a “gotcha” towards trans people when you praise cis people for the same damn thing. stop blaming trans people for transphobia.
